Drew Carey on Medical Marijuana...
Why don't we ever hear conservatives complain about "activist judges" when "medical marijuana" has been regulated by the government-- and upheld by the courts-- through "interstate commerce"? Why don't we hear conservatives invoking federalism (states rights) on this question?
Beyond that, the case for criminalization of marijuana is difficult to make ethically/biblically, generally incoherent in terms of a consistent approach to such substances, and beyond all that, largely impractical. But that's a story for a different day...
