reversing Robin Hood
The title of chapter 4 in my first book-- and an appropriate caption for this Dave Coverley effort.
He purposefully covers the bailout-- or stumbles into a wonderful assessment of the bailout and is focusing on many other govt policies that benefit special interest groups...
