Democrats in Massachusetts violate trademark laws to take a poke at the Republican candidate, Scott Brown. One more regrettable effort in a regrettable and important race for the U.S. Senate to replace Ted Kennedy...

Witty and perhaps effective, but probably illegal (hat tip: AWB)...

The other funny thing: Martha Coakley supports the health care and cap/trade legislation-- which would do a lot to ship jobs overseas!

Of course, this is just one more poke at property rights and market activity-- par for the course for Democrats.
