DeBoer on property taxes

I saw this last week in the Carroll County Comet. I hope Larry was able to get this published elsewhere as well-- because it is a useful addition to the current discussion on property taxes in Indiana.

He does a nice job explaining the increase in property taxes and breaks each of four categories (reduced tax relief from the state-level, elimination of the inventory tax, trending errors with business vs. residential, and increases in local tax collections) into its impact on the 24% average/overall increase.
