IUS basketball gets national buzz...sort of

On CBS' coverage of the Louisville-Purdue game this afternoon, Billy Packer started into a story on Louisville coaches working at other programs-- and talked about Wiley Brown coaching (and Scooter McCray assisting) at "Indiana Southeast" and wondered how they would build up the program.

Actually, we did quite well under Walt Corbean (now an assistant coach at Wake Forest), winning 20 games and making the NAIA Division II playoffs quite a few times in the last few years.

The other funny thing is that Packer's colleague, Verne Lundquist, immediately praised Packer for his always-impressive "research". Not quite! ;-)
