the Divine Conspiracy

This week, Kurt and I started four small groups within the Men's Ministry at Southeast which will study Dallas Willard's The Divine Conspiracy. It's a tough read, but an outstanding book on discipleship, lay-leadership, and the meaning and arrival of God's Kingdom through Jesus Christ (in large part, with His first coming). It is also a wonderful explanation of the Sermon on the Mount.

As such, it is an excellent postlude to DC.

In my three groups (two at SE: Monday AM 6:15-7:30 and Monday PM 7:00-8:15; one in So. IN in the SE office behind Famous Dave's on W AM), we had 46 guys the first week. Feel free to join us; we'll cover chapters 1-2 next week.
