130 pounds?!
From Wednesday's C-J, an inspirational story about one couple's weight loss...
Jeremy and Susie Bowen have lost a combined 130 pounds since January 15. Susie has dropped 50 to get to 137 and Jeremy has dropped 80 to get to 207-- putting both of them 7 pounds from their goals. They're eating much healthier and exercising together 4-5 times per week.
It's cool to see a couple working as a team! So, if you need some inspiration to lose some weight...
