Working to Restore Baron's Sanity

A few weeks ago, I got a taxpayer-financed mailing from Baron Hill entitled "Working to Restore Fiscal Responsibility".

Normally, I would just laugh that off-- especially since I'm not running for office. But in the flier, he critiques automatic congressional pay raises. Far worse is the congressional "franking" privilege-- which allows them to use taxpayer money to promote their own re-election. If you're going to critique pay raises, don't do it with a "franking". C'mon Baron!
