Rwanda has done the most to make itself a business-friendly environment, vaulting from 143rd place to 67th in the World Bank's annual "Doing Business" report. Mindy Belz apparently does not want her readers to be informed about the fact that Kagame is a controversial President to say the least.
go ahead and share some details, references, etc. I don't know anything about him!
